Justin Grimmer is an associate professor of political science at Stanford University. His research examines how representation occurs in American politics using new statistical methods. This workshop is organized and sponsored by the Iowa Social Science Research Center with additional support from the University of Iowa Informatics Initiative, the Departments of Political Science and Sociology, Digital Bridges for Humanistic Inquiry (A Grinnell College/University of Iowa Partnership), the Obermann Center for Advanced Studies, and the School of Library and Information Science.
